Mindful Packing & Shipping
We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.

Door County Duet: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, animal-derived enzymes.

8-year Aged Cheddar: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, may contain annatto (color).

15-year Aged Cheddar: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, may contain annatto (color).

Fratello: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes.

*NOTE* Any order that is completed after 12pm CST on Wednesdays, will ship out the following Monday. The reason for this is to avoid the package being stranded over the weekend, in a truck or warehouse. Cheese's are shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice. Any other day the items will ship next business day.**
