TaylorsX Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from TaylorsX. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be in their original condition — unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • Products that are marked final sale, clearance, or signed/limited edition, unless they arrived defective or damaged, are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Intimate Clothing is NOT eligible for returns, unless damaged or wrong item was received. 

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will ask for photos of the issue so we can resolve the problem.

  • In such cases, we will cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Send us an email at info@taylorsx.com , with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to ship the item back.

4. Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error (e.g. wrong item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault (defective or incorrect item).

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Exchanges are fulfilled like a new order—once we receive your original item, we’ll send out the replacement (if in stock).

6. Restocking Fee (if applicable)

  • We do not charge a restocking fee under normal circumstances. Restocking fees may apply only in cases of abuse (e.g., returns of items in non-resalable condition).
