Return Policy

All items are eligible for return for a period of 30 Days, from order date.

Conditions are as follows:

1. Item Arrived Damaged or was wrong item.  100% Refund and pre-paid return label, if necessary. Pictures will be required for damaged goods.
2. No longer want/Ordered by mistake.  Return label to be paid by customer. A restocking fee of up to 25% could be applied at the discretion of TaylorsX. 
3. Refusal of Delivery/Wrong Address. Restocking Fee of up to 25% and 100% deduction of shipping label if applies. 

1. All returns must be in the same packaging as shipped in. Return labels are calculated using these dimensions and weight. Any changes in this, could result in a deduction of your refund, to cover the additional postage.
2. Intimate clothing items are NOT eligible for returns, for health safety reasons.
