TaylorsX Shipping Policy

At TaylorsX, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery, and related information.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • During high-demand seasons, processing times may take longer, but we’ll notify you if delays occur.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the Continental United States. 

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or certain international destinations at this time.

 


4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • TaylorsX is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us at info@taylorsx.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.


7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • If an item is marked as pre-order or backorder, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately.
