When it comes to smoked cheese, there is no substitute for the real thing. All of the cheeses in this flavorful collection are smoked over a wood fire at our pack house in Barron, Wisconsin. Try them with an IPA, cured meats, artisan mustard, or all of the above!

- One 6 oz. block of Smoked Adelheid
- Two 6 oz. blocks of Smoked Gouda

Mindful Packing & Shipping
We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.

"Old Smoky" Smoked Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring.

"Nonna Mozz" Smoked Mozzarella: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring.

Smoked Cheddar: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes.

Bourbon Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, natural bourbon flavoring, annatto (color).

Smoked Provolone: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes.

*NOTE* Any order that is completed after 12pm CST on Wednesdays, will ship out the following Monday. The reason for this is to avoid the package being stranded over the weekend, in a truck or warehouse. Cheese's are shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice. Any other day the items will ship next business day.**
