The Aji Pineapple is a rare and stunning yellow baccatum pepper, producing pendant-shaped fruits that grow 2-3 inches long. Similar to the Aji Lemon Drop, it offers a unique, fruity flavor with a hint of pineapple, making it perfect for hot sauces, drying, and powders.
