Premium Rosa Rose Balsamic Condimento – Elegant Floral Vinegar, 250ml

This Rose Balsamic is made from Ancellotta grape must (juice) and white wine vinegar. It is aged in oak barrels for 8 years resulting in a very smooth condiment/vinegar. The acidity is very gentle, almost like a drinking vinegar. The flavor is very fruity with notes of raspberry and touches of vanilla. As it is so well-balanced, it works beautifully with savory and and sweet dishes. Here are some of our favorites:
